Miss Mindy Evil Queen Stone Resin Figurine - Gothic Home Decor, Disney Villain Collectible, Perfect for Halloween & Fairy Tale Themed Displays

I bought this as a gift and will be buying many more. Great size!This is one of the best pieces from the Miss Mindy collection. After seeing these items in the local Hallmark store for $100 each, I immediately went to amazon to look for a better price. I purchased six (different) characters. I am absolutely in awe of the way the belly lights up and makes you feel like you are glimpsing into the magic mirror. The color that illuminates the scene makes it feel like it comes to life! That is what makes this piece, especially since there are no other items that the Evil Queen is known for that could have been added. i.e. Maleficent has the staff and raven, QOH has the croquet accessories and Cheshire Cat. I never noticed in the pics before buying that this artists’ unique style includes a shade of paint over the bridge of the character noses that could be mistaken for a production error. Overall though, a great addition to the already over crowded Disney collection.Love itFirst one came damaged in the very corner of her dress, these are very fragile resin figurines. It's always a bad sign when opening what is suppose to be a NEW item and seeing tiny chips already in the packing. The first one had small chips come of at a bottom corner of her dress. I ended up keeping one that isn't broken but the gown isn't painted the best on the back of it. As stated these figurines are different in looks then the usual Disney character figurines, so nice to collect different kind of an item. But, they're only good if they come good( meaning not chipped, broke, or painted terrible). Enesco company where's your inspection team for all Disney products you're creating. Whether "Miss Mindy', Britto, Disney Couture, Precious Moments, etc.. Quality for paint job and even resin molds has been bad on many products now and you won't address this with the consumer buying your goods. Shame on you Enesco!This figurine is great, and I love it as an addition to my Miss Mindy collection. My only complaint was that it was shipped only in its box, no additional packing material or outside packing box. It got delivered in poor weather and since there was no outside packaging, the box/styrofoam was severely damaged/soaked when I was able to get home and get it. The figurine itself seems to be okay and the LED light still works, but I think this is mostly due to luck. I would expect actual packaging for something this expensive. The packaging issue is the only reason why I can't give this 5 stars.I love it! I didn’t know it lighted up too. I’m a seasoned collector and this one figurine is really unique. I love the expression on her face.Is this not amazing? It's already sitting on my shelf!!! I'm looking forward to purchasing more Miss Mindy's statues!Very pretty and wellMade.. will go great in my villians bathroom.
