I have this old pen. It comes from the 1990s when the brand, Montefiore, was advertised in credit card bills along with many other random products. I used the pen for a few years then lost track of it, finding it recently. When I searched for refills, this came up. It is gel ink which I prefer over ballpoint. Nowhere in the description or reviews could I find Montefiore mentioned, but I decided to give it a try. The refill works perfectly so now I can use my "vintage" pen! I am very happy with my purchase!
