Just an FYI. This thing comes squished into a box when it gets delivered. The picture attatched is the result of 4 hours of fitting and separately purchased helmet inserts. I also added the battle damage myself. It’s ok if your on a budget but it’s not great. The visor is trash as well. Your better off spending the 100$ on a rough cast on Etsy and buying your own visor.First time ordering an Xcoser product and I was a bit nervous, not anymore. The product is awesome and I like it very much. I had high expectations and it is safe to say that my expectations have been met, for the most part. So let me break the product pros and cons.The Judge Dredd helmet is made of a semi soft plastic. This plastic hard enough to be durable but soft enough to be slightly pliable. The paint job is good. The only con on this purchase is the visor, Don't get me wrong, it is sufficient but could be slightly more durable. Mine had detached slightly during shipping.Over all I love it and would recommend the product to serious collectors like myself.Aside from a few spotty bits of paint, the helmet looks amazing. It's more of a display piece as the visor is quite thin and poorly held in place by hot glue. The helmet is flexible, making taking in on and off easy. Some of the padding needs to be glued by the owner upon arrival as the adhesive used doesn't do a good job at adhering to the helmet's interior.It came a little warped and even after applying heat and sitting it on a mannequin head, it's still slightly lopsided. It's made of thick rubber/resin and sturdy, not too heavy, but the padding needs to be reworked if it's going to be worn for more than a few minutes. the visor is NOT attached very well, but that's fixable. I have to repaint it--it's VERY bright and cartoony as is.Edit: so I received a new one and it’s not broken. It in good condition just a little bent because of the way the soft resin helmet stayed in the shipping box. Hopefully I can just put a basketball in it or something to straighten everything out. Other than that I’m pretty happy with how it is.A really good helmet. I enjoy it. Fits really good. I'm glad it came with some padding to put inside. One little problem it came with a small crack in front, but I'm ok with it. Overall it's a good cosplay piece.The plastic is super warped. I would not recommend unless the buyer already has a mannequin head to set it on and morph it around via heating it up.Love the helmet. It is sturdy and comfortable. I am using it for my students on Halloween since they insist I dress up with them. I love Halloween and it is good to have a company that makes real quality items and not anything cheesy you see in stores. This was a great purchase and will be used multiple times. It'll take some shaping due to packaging, but a great buy!
